Any additional software code, scripts, tools, written content, or creative works that I have created, developed, or contributed to prior to my employment start date that may not be specifically enumerated above, to which I retain ownership rights and which do not relate to my company's business or incorporate confidential information from prior employers. I understand California Labor Code §2870 only protects work that is truly unrelated to my company's business.
